Website review requests

When you request a review, we collect your name, business name, website URL, email address, and description so we can respond to your inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information.

Cloudflare hosts the website and checks submissions for abuse using Turnstile. This can involve technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Resend processes the inquiry to deliver it to our email inbox. Our email provider stores the resulting message. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.

Demo information

The homepage inquiry example and Arctic Flow portfolio form are demonstrations. Their input remains in the current page, is not submitted to the server or stored in browser storage, and disappears when the page is reset or reloaded.

Retention and requests

Inquiry emails are kept in our inbox while we handle the conversation and any resulting work. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry, reply to our email or use the website review form to describe your privacy request. Provider security records may follow their own retention policies.

Providers and links

Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy. Links to external websites have their own privacy practices. We do not currently use advertising trackers or marketing analytics on this website.
